Dedicated to supporting and striving
for fair treatment and a
better life for you

Abhaar was created to help you... the migrant workers in the GCC. We understand the important role you play in the development of the GCC and the Indian economy. We are here to guide, educate and support you to ensure and protect your right to decent employment and income.

Abhaar India is a CSR initiative of the EFS Group, a global, premier facility management company operating in 21 countries. The primary objective of Abhaar India is to address the unique challenges faced by unskilled and semi-skilled migrant workers in the GCC region. Through this platform, we aim to provide comprehensive support to meet the needs and aspirations of these workers while promoting sustainable living practices and generating economic and social benefits for the workers, their families, and the society at large.

Our approach involves tackling various critical issues such as recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring fair remuneration, improving living conditions, providing holistic social support, creating microfinancing opportunities, and facilitating rehabilitation for the workers. By actively addressing these areas, we strive to make a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of migrant workers.

Central to our efforts is the creation of a fair and inclusive environment that empowers workers and contributes to their overall well-being and development. Through Abhaar India, we endeavor to establish a system that recognizes the rights and dignity of migrant workers, fostering their personal growth and ensuring their active participation in society.

Our Mission

Bring together governments, employers and migrant workers to ensure welfare and decent work for all.

Founder & Chairperson

Tariq Chauhan is the CEO and Co-founder of the EFS Facilities Services Group. He is hailed as a visionary business leader who has built EFS into an international conglomerate and a leading Facilities Management company on a global platform.

Tariq’s greatest achievement comes not from the profitable business that he has built from ground up but from creating a diverse “people first” organization where every employee is treated fairly, equally and with dignity.  Leading from the front he has evolved a culture that truly cherishes its employees and is dedicated to their welfare and well-being. Building on this and coupled with his deep roots in India Tariq’s vision is to champion the cause of Indian migrant workers in the GCC.  He is committed to improving their financial security, welfare, and well-being.

ABHAAR, INDIA is the realization of this vision.
