For GMG's employee code of conduct launch, we brewed 'Alchemy of our Culture,' infusing traditional alchemy with a sleek, modern twist. We meticulously crafted and executed a series of events tailored for 1,200 employees, spanning across diverse offices and regions, turning their offices into mystical alchemy rooms. Our goal was clear: to immerse every participant in the core values and principles that define GMG, ensuring the essence of their culture wasn't just communicated but was felt, understood, and embraced.
