Orangerie developed a comprehensive digital campaign in 2020 – 2021 to realign market perception of the Oman Insurance brand. The campaign which ran for 6 months across digital aimed to communicate all tenets of the brand. To leverage the brands outstanding customer satisfaction, a YouTube campaign was developed using real customers talking about their experience with Oman Insurance. An outdoor component was also added to supplement this messaging for a consolidated brand impetus.
The campaign delivered stellar results, raising the awareness of Oman Insurance as a local company punching above its weight to match the caliber
of international players.
This campaign muses on OIC’s commitment to their customers as the point of comfort in their lives. The campaign’s tagline, “Some things you plan. Some things you don’t. We’re with you for both” emphasizes that people often make plans with little or no sense of contingency so when things happen OIC is ever present to help reinstate normality.
The campaign highlights OIC’s brand values of trust (by providing products/ solutions to various incidents), accessibility (as pledged to always be with the client), and credibility (by alluding to an insight into things that can go wrong that many never anticipate). The campaign thus extends the brand promise of “Forward Together” as OIC illustrates their ability to plan for the unplanned.
This campaign execution reflected Oman Insurance’s eminence in the region with a pervasive presence in print and electronic media.
It’s time to Take Charge. Are you ready?
LivFit is a free comprehensive wellness program by Oman Insurance that helps make positive lifestyle choices to improve physical and mental well-being. Exclusively designed for Oman Insurance Company’s healthcare members, LivFit empowers one to take charge, live a healthy, happy and fit life.
The program provides support in various areas being physical activities, nutrition, weight loss, tobacco cessation and stress management. It provides a simple online assessment for a personalized health report and discusses goals with a wellness coach. Members can then track their fitness plan via the mobile app, get inspired on the Facebook page, enjoy free group classes, participate in self-improvement workshops, and get discounts on a variety of wellness products.
The brand identity: logo, app skin, social media strategy, collaterals and all touch points were developed by Orangerie. The program was launched with the Almas Towers Vertical Run Challenge in partnership with Fidelity Fitness and managed by Orangerie.
