Bindu brought a team of advertising professionals to form Orangerie advertising on the back of her Masters Degree in Communication and a thriving career in business development and growth. She managed a varied clientele and spearheaded strategic and creative to effective results. Spending 28 of her 35 years industry experience in the GCC region, she witnessed the market evolve from its nascent phase to its present form competing with the world’s best. This has given her invaluable expertise in the region where she serviced a large number of multinational, regional and local brands.
Gautham has worked with some of the biggest agencies and brands and brings his wealth of knowledge to Orangerie. As the head for Orangerie, he demonstrates a positive outlook on all tasks at hand despite challenges, which has proven to be a successful strategy in achieving clients’ goals. Gautham handles the the agency with great skill, pushing them to their limits whilst still being supportive. He also enjoys a great rapport with the all his clients who work with him as their marketing extension.
Una is a designer and creative director from Bosnia and Herzegovina. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts - Painting Department in Banja Luka in 2013. Since Una moved into the world of advertising she has focused on brand experience. She is currently the lead creative at Orangerie, where her main responsibility is creating awesome stuff :). Una is sensitive and an introvert but with a strong personality and steely determination to push through and defend her creatives.
Fatemeh is our Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategy for brands. She is relentlessly focused on generating and creating new ideas for clients in the digital world. She is a conscientious person who works hard, pays attention to detail, flexible and quick to pick up new skills. Fatemeh’s solid experience and passion for social media are her key strengths that will help build loyal relationships with clients and brands.
Results-driven, tenacious, and achievement-oriented. Abhishek holds experience in a multi-industry environment, having worked on campaigns for fashion brands, Hollywood movies, music labels, tours/events, and FMCG. Obsessions - Content Marketing | Digital Strategy | Creative conceptualization, and creating ads that you don’t want to skip. His current portfolio comprises of Oman insurance, Twenty4 fashion, Géant and Franprix. Abhishek is passionate about his work, loves the digital world and is a serious gamer.
Saili is a Senior Account Manager at the agency and is a specialist in working with the region’s leading brands in Healthcare, Hospitality & Retail. A talented account manager, a proficient growth hacker and a self-proclaimed singer, she is always on the lookout for strategic partnerships and potential business opportunities. With years of professional experience and a can-do- attitude she is great at business development and has contributed immensely in growing Orangerie’s portfolio.
Prajeesh is a Senior Art Director at Orangerie with 8+ years of proven experience in concept, art direction and design for 360 strategic marketing initiatives. Having worked across a wide spectrum of international and regional brands, Prajeesh’s contemporary, clean design style has found great acceptance amongst clients. While Prajeesh holds a multitude of passions, his one true love is food!
Zainab comes to us with 6+ years’ experience in Arabic copywriting, content creation & social media fields with Memac Ogilvy and Wunderman, Jordan. She led the creation, delivery and execution of digital and social campaigns for Crown Prince Foundation in Jordan within various platforms to build awareness, engage and grow the fan base reaching approximately 168,000 fans within 3 years. She was part of the team at that led the revamping of Royal Jordanian brand identity and in creating a series of advertisements, reaching 450 million people and getting 80.3% positive response. At Orangerie she currently handles Arabic copywriting, social media content and community management for all the agency’s brands.
Fatima is a seasoned marketing and social media professional, with over 8 years of experience in Dubai. Prior to joining Orangerie she was with MPN Social, a social media agency within Arab Media Group (Dubai Holding), set up to service the companies and brands across the Dubai Holding & Meraas portfolios. After which she transitioned into the world of eCom content creation. At Orangerie she manages the REDTAG eCom studio. She is meticulous, process driven and a fashionista. Fatima loves the studio and is happy to spend all day styling models and driving content for eCom. She is young and fun with a bubbly personality.
Amal joins our team as a Social Media Executive after completing her Masters in London. She pairs her can-do attitude with on-the-fly problem-solving and people skills to deliver results. Amal is hard-working, adventurous, and trend-savvy. At Orangerie, she works on a broad spectrum of accounts in social media and community management. Besides her love for animals and passion for the environment, she also makes a killer batch of brownies. Bet you can't stop at one!

Orangerie developed a comprehensive digital campaign in 2020 – 2021 to realign market perception of the Oman Insurance brand. The campaign which ran for 6 months aimed to communicate all tenets of the brand. An outdoor component was also added to supplement this messaging for a consolidated brand impetus.
